Guided Curriculum: You may cancel your class up to 24 hours before its scheduled start time, whether you are enrolled in group or private learning.
Tailored Learning: You may cancel your class up to 12 hours before its scheduled start time.

Group Learning:
For cancellations made before starting any classes: - Full refund for cancellations made 72 hours prior to start. - 90% refund for cancellations made 48 hours prior to start. - 80% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours prior to start.
For cancellations made after attending classes: You may cancel your class up to 24 hours before its scheduled start time, and refunds are determined as follows: - Refund = (Initial Price * 80%) – (Hourly Rate * Attended Classes) - Hourly rate = (Initial Price * 80%) / Learning Solution’s Total Classes
Private Learning:
For cancellations made before starting any classes: - Full refund for cancellations made 24 hours prior to start. - 90% refund for cancellations made within 24 hours prior to start.
For cancellations made after attending classes: You may cancel your class up to 24 hours before its scheduled start time, and refunds are determined as follows: - Refund = (Initial Price * 90%) – (Hourly Rate * Attended Classes) - Hourly rate = (Initial Price * 90%) / Learning Solution’s Total Classes
Cancellation Process
1. Open the initial confirmation email received upon booking. 2. Find the class you want to reschedule and click on "Cancel." 3. Click on "Cancel Booking." 4. Once canceled, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please note that currently, you can only cancel each class individually. For assistance with canceling all your classes at once, please contact our customer support.
Submitting a Refund Request
To submit a refund request, kindly cancel the classes for which you are seeking a refund and then contact our customer support via email at support@eloquacy.com or through WhatsApp at +1 (385) 487-6808.
- Refunds are subject to a refund fee. - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. - Refunds are processed within 3-10 business days.
If it has been over 15 business days and you have not received your refund, please contact our support team.
